Evil Places

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Halloween has always been my favorite holiday and quarantine couldn’t kick the spirit out of me. It’s especially special this year because this is the blog’s one-year anniversary! Can you believe it?

The theme this spooky season is Evil Places; we’re taking a walk through some chilling hallways in big, old haunted houses – and a getaway with a healthy dose of paranormal inhabitants. Curl up with a blankie and a faithful pet to explore a house in Tokyo, the infamous Hill House, a (hoax?) haunt in Amityville, the fact-turned-fiction Overlook Hotel, and a house plagued by an annoying ghost who is overly fond of his name…so it’s best not to say it three times. From the psychology of hauntings to groupthink, this month is sure to send shivers down your spine.

PLUS: As an anniversary bonus, Movie Madness will feature a post about a TV show. It doesn’t fit with the haunted house theme, but I think you will enjoy it nonetheless, Readers.
